Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN7-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,826 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN7-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRN1, PEBP1, and CETN2. Each is linked with SEPTIN7-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN7-DT-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN7-DT results are reported.
