Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN7-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN7-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher SEPTIN7-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN7-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SEPTIN7-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
