SEPTIN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,324 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRB, ABCA8, and DAAM2. Each is linked with SEPTIN4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN4-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN4 versus PTPRB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
