Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,558 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAZ, PPM1E, and DNAJC6. Each is linked with SEPTIN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN3-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN3 versus GNAZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
