Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,573 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLP2, PLS3, and RENBP. Each is linked with SEPTIN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN12-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN12 versus PLP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
