SEPTIN12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY3P2, SUMO2P12, and RPL32P19. Each is linked with SEPTIN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN12-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY3P2 grouped by SEPTIN12-low versus SEPTIN12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
