SEPTIN11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,647 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, CRTAP, and LUZP1. Each is linked with SEPTIN11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN11-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN11 versus P3H1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
