SEPTIN11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,918 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDH1P2, GAPDHP17, and RN7SKP214. Each is linked with SEPTIN11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN11-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDH1P2 grouped by SEPTIN11-low versus SEPTIN11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
