SEPTIN10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,433 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOWAHC, LMNA, and CSDE1_S514. Each is linked with SEPTIN10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN10-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
