Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and FASN. Each is linked with SEPTIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN1 results are reported.
