Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,298 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B1, ZNF764, and KIAA0895L. Each is linked with SEPTIN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN1 versus SH2B1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
