Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,194 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPTIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of ATPase-coupled calcium transmembrane transporter activity. Each is linked with SEPTIN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by SEPTIN1-low versus SEPTIN1-high in BONE.
