Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPHS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,330 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPHS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THUMPD1, NCAPG, and AK2. Each is linked with SEPHS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPHS2 versus THUMPD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPHS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPHS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
