SENP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,830 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO9A, BORCS7, and SLC24A1. Each is linked with SENP8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP8-to-partner and partner-to-SENP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP8 versus MYO9A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
