Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SENP6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SENP6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SENP6 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SENP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where SENP6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
