SENP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, SYNCRIP, and YTHDC1. Each is linked with SENP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP6-to-partner and partner-to-SENP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP6 versus WRNIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
