SENP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SENP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP6-to-partner and partner-to-SENP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SENP6-low versus SENP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
