SENP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,872 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD2B, NAA50, and ZNF639. Each is linked with SENP5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP5-to-partner and partner-to-SENP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP5 versus ATAD2B in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
