Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SENP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, VSIR, and LPXN. Each is linked with SENP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP5-to-partner and partner-to-SENP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP5 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
