SENP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,065 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF23, TSR1, and SPAG7. Each is linked with SENP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP3-to-partner and partner-to-SENP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP3 versus PHF23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
