SENP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,711 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCERG1L-AS1, MTCO2P4, and RN7SL841P. Each is linked with SENP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP3-to-partner and partner-to-SENP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1L-AS1 grouped by SENP3-low versus SENP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
