SENP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SENP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA4, C14orf180, and GGA1. Each is linked with SENP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP1-to-partner and partner-to-SENP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA4 grouped by SENP1-low versus SENP1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
