SENCR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,268 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, ELMO1, and GIMAP7. Each is linked with SENCR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENCR-to-partner and partner-to-SENCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENCR versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
