Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SENCR RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SENCR data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher SENCR RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SENCR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.
MESO, SKCM, and DLBC are the cancer types where SENCR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
