Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,682 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Polyol metabolic process, DGMP metabolic process, and Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion. Each is linked with SEMG2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMG2-to-partner and partner-to-SEMG2 results are reported.
