Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNIP4, VNN2, and CSF3R. Each is linked with SEMG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMG2-to-partner and partner-to-SEMG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMG2 versus KCNIP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
