SEMG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAEP3, OIP5, and UBE2S. Each is linked with SEMG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMG2-to-partner and partner-to-SEMG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAEP3 grouped by SEMG2-low versus SEMG2-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
