SEMG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNGB3, PCNX4, and ZNF236. Each is linked with SEMG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMG2-to-partner and partner-to-SEMG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNGB3 grouped by SEMG2-low versus SEMG2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
