SEMA7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, PLAU, and MAP7D1. Each is linked with SEMA7A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA7A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA7A versus PPP1R18 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
