Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with SEMA7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA7A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SEMA7A-low versus SEMA7A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
