Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,036 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ameboidal-type cell migration, Regulation of protein maturation, and Regulation of protein processing. Each is linked with SEMA7A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA7A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ameboidal-type cell migration grouped by SEMA7A-low versus SEMA7A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
