SEMA6D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6D-associated genes across cancer lineages are HASPIN, OIP5, and KNSTRN. Each is linked with SEMA6D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HASPIN grouped by SEMA6D-low versus SEMA6D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
