SEMA6D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,332 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Positive regulation of cation transmembrane transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SEMA6D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cytoplasmic translation grouped by SEMA6D-low versus SEMA6D-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
