SEMA6D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6D-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGTR2, OR52B2, and SGPP2. Each is linked with SEMA6D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGTR2 grouped by SEMA6D-low versus SEMA6D-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
