SEMA6B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,043 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C6, CFP, and COL6A3. Each is linked with SEMA6B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA6B versus C6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
