Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SEMA6B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6B results are reported.
