Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6B mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CP724714, Methotrexate, and Nutlin-3a (-). Each is linked with SEMA6B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CP724714 grouped by SEMA6B-low versus SEMA6B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
