Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,531 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR3, ATP5F1E, and IFNGR2. Each is linked with SEMA6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6A results are reported.
