Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTRAF, TMEM14A, and DAD1. Each is linked with SEMA6A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTRAF grouped by SEMA6A-low versus SEMA6A-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
