Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, PDCD4, and PAI-1. Each is linked with SEMA6A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6A results are reported.
