Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,990 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transmembrane transport, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with SEMA6A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transmembrane transport grouped by SEMA6A-low versus SEMA6A-high in BONE.
