SEMA6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,427 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, C17orf75, and CRACD. Each is linked with SEMA6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by SEMA6A-low versus SEMA6A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
