Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,590 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, SYTL1, and EEF2K_S445. Each is linked with SEMA5B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA5B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA5B versus PLOD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
