Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,356 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, AUNIP, and KIF2C. Each is linked with SEMA5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA5B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA5B results are reported.
