Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with SEMA5B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA5B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA5B results are reported.
