Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,171 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, FERMT2, and HIP1. Each is linked with SEMA5A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA5A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA5A versus DDAH2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
