SEMA4G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,456 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARD6, CRYBG3, and JUNB. Each is linked with SEMA4G in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA4G versus CARD6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
