Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,360 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4G-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCPKMT, TIMM9, and SNW1. Each is linked with SEMA4G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4G results are reported.
