Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,395 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid beta-oxidation, Base-excision repair, gap-filling, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with SEMA4G in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fatty acid beta-oxidation grouped by SEMA4G-low versus SEMA4G-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
