SEMA4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,484 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC2, TRIM21_S266, and BORCS6. Each is linked with SEMA4C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA4C versus HDAC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
